Welcome

My name is Adam Dabrowski and I am a Mechanical Engineering student at the City College of New York. My passion for engineering started when I was around 10. My father’s work around the house building and fixing things inspired me. He had built a contraption to funnel water from a leaking pipe using some sheet metal. It had been amazing to me that random trash lying around could fix a problem. Ever since then I have fed my interest everywhere I could. I went to Brooklyn Technical High School so that I could participate in their specialized engineering programs. I was able to dabble in Electronic engineering as well as majoring in Mechatronics and Robotics. I recently have also gone more hands on by learning construction work. I was able to learn everything from the masonry to the electrical aspects of building houses. Knowing all of this I am sure I will be able to overcome any obstacles I find in the future.
